Worst customer relations I've ever seen. Made an appointment online and checked in on time only to sit there for 20 minutes with no service. Had 2 people arrive after me and were helped immediately. Another stylist just sat there talking while I sat in the waiting room. Absolutely the worst run barbershop I've ever seen. I would have given 0 stars but that option was not available.

I had a wonderful experience today thanks to Michelle in Oldsmar, she is just awesome, very friendly and professional, she turned my mess into something georgous, thanks again Michelle, see you in a couple of weeks

Helene was top notch. She paid close attention to making sure I was satisfied with my hair cut. I would come back daily for her to wash my hair if I could.
